LLBPS is available to
partner with medium to large universities to support the area of faculty

Notarial Services
LLBPS provides mobile notarial services offering the notarization of documents and service as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA).

Our notary
public personnel are commissioned and appointed by the State of Texas and our Notary
Signing Agents are certified through the National Notary Association. Of course, NSAs must hold an official Notary Public commission.
Testing Services
LLBPS provides
testing and proctor services. We create
and/or administer employee testing that measure competency and knowledge. We provide a comfortable secure test location
and adhere to the strictest code of ethics and confidentiality.
